Eastgate Shopping Centre brings the holidays to life with its sweetest activation yet. Candy Cane Lane arrives this December, offering up another space for Joburg families to celebrate the season and spread festive cheer!
What Can I Expect From Candy Cane Lane?
Candy Cane Lane brings a fun and colourful festive experience to Eastgate Shopping Centre from 10 to 24 December in the Strelitzia Court. Visit daily from 10 am to 6 pm and enjoy themed activities including a North Pole claw machine, Rudolph’s Gaming Station, and festive face painting. Entry is R50 per person.
You can also enjoy decorating a doughnut at the Christmas Cottage with Krispy Kreme and Lotus Biscoff, or create a personalised, sweet-filled bauble at the Sweet Wall. Photos with Santa will be available from 5 to 24 December. The centre will host live Christmas Carols on selected evenings in the outdoor piazza, as well as various other sets of entertainment! Take it all in while you dig in at one of the many restaurants in the space
Eastgate will extend shopping hours from 12 to 23 December, so you can get your Christmas shopping done when it best suits you. There's plenty of entertainment throughout the centre, too: Magic Company, IndyKart Go Karting, Road House Roller Rink, Ster Kinekor, and Air360 are all there to make your Eastgate outing a fabulous one.
