The Cafe Del Sol brand has expanded their restaurant empire with the new Cafe Del Sol Botanico located in Bryanston. Similarly to the other Cafe Del Sol's, they serve contemporary Italian meals, yet Cafe Del Sol Botanico distinguishes itself with its décor that is reminiscent of a greenhouse.
Keeping up with the the 'green' and 'fresh' feel, everything is made with fresh organic produce where possible. Other highlights of the décor include the vertical garden on one of the interior walls.
Cafe Del Sol Botanico's menu comprises of classic Italian meals like pasta, risotto, pizza and of course what would an Italian restaurant be without a comprehensive wine list. Their dessert menu is also very Italian with lots of chocolate options. Cafe Del Sol Botanic is truly a must if you are looking for great Italian cuisine and are a nature enthusiast.
