The set up at Bukhara allows diners a view to an impressive open plan kitchen, which showcases the chefs at work. Their menu entices diners with a variety of traditional Indian cuisine. Among the favourites include chicken kebabs in a mild chickpea marinade, tandoori lamb chops dressed in a classical yoghurt marinade and for those with a sweet tooth, the Indian ice cream with saffron and pistachio is a must-have.
