Delicious, (usually saucy), bite sized street food that you can munch with just one hand - served out of a cute-as-pie little truck. Well, usually.
That's why we're super excited about a new food truck market coming to Joburg at the end of the month.
Introducing Born In Joburg, launching Friday, 26 November and Saturday, 27 November at BlackBrick Club in Sandton.
Born In Joburg pitches themselves as a family-friendly event that will feature eight of Jozi’s most loved food truck, including Paul’s Homemade Ice Cream, Tjips Co, Killer Coffee, Napz Autentica Pizza Napoletana, The Wing Republic, Lumamonate, and Wine Tap.
To add to the entertainment will be live DJs, kiddies activities, E-scooter tours, a craft bar, and a secret rooftop experience.
Born In Joburg have also partnered with local illustrator Qondile Dlamini, better known as @Qew_doodles, who will be printing some limited edition merchandise available to purchase at the market.
