Be guided through your evening by a representative from Cavalli; a wine farm located in the heart of Somerset West. The exclusive menu for the evening includes off-menu items, carefully curated by their in-house Chef, Bhekinkosi Mpofu.

Lamb Rump
Citrus Velouté and Orange Braised Fennel.
