Who Are They?

Body Movement Techniques (BMT) is a coaching academy primarily focused on enabling children to learn the fundamentals of core strength. This will give them the necessary skills to adapt within the schooling environment, as well as help them to focus in the classroom.

What Do They Offer?

Their three primary services are:

Core for kids
Cycling
Core development

They also offer the BMT Cycling division, which teaches children the fundamentals of cycling, helping them to gain confidence on a bike in a safe environment. BMT Core focuses on adults only, comprising both private and group sessions. BMT Core focuses on sport-specific core training, as well as general fitness and weight loss.

Pirates Sports Club, 25 Braeside Road, Greenside, Johannesburg.
