The founders started Big Blue as their escape from the corporate world. Big Blue started off as a pop-up store in a flea market around 1986. At the time, fabric was limited so the founders started printing their own on South African made cotton using local craft techniques. Today, Big Blue has several outlets in Cape Town, Pretoria and Johannesburg!
