What Is It?

Get that spring back in your step at the weekly Bedford Mall Walk. A group of enthusiastic walkers of all fitness levels meet up outside FNB at Bedford Centre every Sunday morning to go on a brisk 1.5km or 3.km walk around the mall. But, don't stress, you aren't alone in this. Your professional walk instructor is Helena Calitz who has 15 years experience in health and fitness! So, lace up those walking shoes and we'll see you there.

When Is It?

Every Sunday morning from 07:45. The next event takes place on Sunday, 29 September 2019. Check out their Facebook events page for further dates and times.

Where Is It?

Bedford Centre, Cnr Smith and Kirby Rd, Bedfordview, Johannesburg.

How Much Is It?

Entry is free for the first month, thereafter there is a monthly membership cost. Register on the Bedford Centre website.
