The 2019 Africa Cup of Nations, known as the Total 2019 Africa Cup of Nations, is scheduled to be the 32nd edition of the Africa Cup of Nations, the continental football championship of Africa organised by the Confederation of African Football (CAF).

Set to kick off in June 2019, the African Cup Of Nations 2019 is without a host nation. This comes as Cameroon have dropped out as host nation due to a lack of infrastructure. Since then the African Cup Of Nations board, have approached Morocco but in a turn of events, Morocco has declined the offer, leaving South Africa open as a possible host nation. This comes in the wake of the 2010
FIFA World Cup which SA played host nation for.

The African Cup Of Nations 2019 will be the first to feature 24 teams since CAF expanded the format from 16 countries. The new host nation will be announced on 9 January 2019
