What Is It?

Treat your little theatre fundis to dinner and a show at the National Children's Theatre this March. The National Children's Theatre invites you to join them for a fun dress up party and theatre show. Join the fun and dress up as one of your favourite characters from Aesop's Fables to enter the best costume competition to win prizes. Heading to the stage over the school holidays, Aesop's Fables will be brought to life by a stellar cast. Presenting all your favourite characters and tales, this is a must-see for the kids. The show will take you on a trip through some of Aesop's most well-known stories, such as The Fox and the Grapes (from which the idiom "sour grapes" was derived), The Tortoise and the Hare - a hare-raising adventure of Olympic proportions; the North Wind and the Sun and The Boy Who Cried Wolf. Don't miss out!

When Is It?

The show will run from Wednesday, 11 March 2020 - Sunday, 26 April 2020. *The dress up party event takes place on Saturday, 28 March 2020 from 17:00-19:30
