Fitness guru, Sid My Coach will be hosting thrice weekly 25-minute at-home workouts for you to join online. So, come and work off those lockdown snacks and get yourself feeling fit and fabulous!

Classes take place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 07:00.
