Joburg audiences will only have 4 chances to experience the acclaimed 18-piece Johannesburg Big Band in this dazzling Christmas concert featuring South African classics and instantly recognisable holiday favourites, all treated with a big band twist, so rush out and get your tickets now!
The Cheerful Lineup
With an extraordinary line-up of special guests, including South African legends Kurt Darren, Zwai Bala, Harry Sideropoulos and Monique Steyn – as well as the internationally renowned Mzansi Youth Choir, this show promises to capture the magic of the season over the December long weekend.
Expect an energetic fusion of swinging jazz, classic big band sounds, and festive cheer - all with a distinctly South African flavour.

The Show Details
A Swingin’ Christmas will be on stage at The Big Top Arena, Carnival City, for 4 performances only over ONE WEEKEND on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 December 2024.
Performances are 12:00 and 16:00 on both days, making it the ideal way for you to bring your whole family for some festive fun (and with the Monday being a Public Holiday, there’s no better way to welcome in the Festive Season that weekend!)
Tickets range from R280 – R550 per person, and bookings are at Webtickets or at Pick ‘n Pay outlets. Discounts for groups of 10 or more, senior citizens, scholars under 12 and students apply.
