The Mindspace Masterclass series from Africa’s digital mental health platform, The Space Between Us, consists of 90-minute online talks by qualified psychologists and experts that share helpful mental wellness content, including clinically-led tools and downloadables to support you on your mental health journey.  

The past two years have been incredibly tough for the world. And, if you’ve been dealing with personal trauma on top of that, it’s no wonder you may be feeling exhausted this time of year. More and more, people are talking about their mental health and taking seriously the need to practice self-care and address feeling of depression or anxiety. We couldn’t be happier about that.

Digital mental health platform, The Space Between Us, is bringing a series this month and next intended to give you the tools and support you need to address your mental health. These 90-minute online talks by qualified psychologists and experts will share with you mental wellness content, including clinically-led tools and downloadables to support you on your mental health journey.

The Space Between Us Managing Director and Founder Linda Mthenjane says, “We are, as always, fueled by a community-led purpose to inspire all people to look after their mental health, and especially to look at mental health from a preventative view. We could all be harnessing the skills and tools to maintain mental wellness, and these Mindspace Masterclasses are an important step in that direction.”

The Self-Care Mindspace Masterclass
Topic: How to Take Care of You

The Grief and Loss Mindspace Masterclass
Topic: How to Cope with Grief and Loss
