Here, Joburg-based TikTokker, Kevin McLennan, shows you his factory shop finds, as part of his Cheap AF video series, where he finds bargain shops in and around Joburg. McLennan created this series during Covid-19 lockdown to show people “that they could still have a place in their home/office that looked and felt amazing without spending a lot of money.”
The series has expanded since then, to show all sorts of bargain items. He said at the Prism Awards: “Influencers in South Africa just weren’t doing our people justice when it came to educating on shopping, finance and creating a healthy living environment during Covid-19.”
