UJ Arts & Culture Presents Mirrors

Mirrors is a multidisciplinary dance and video installation piece. A collaboration between South African and Italian creatives, this is a must-see. Catch it at the UJ Arts Centre Theatre on Sunday, 2 June 2019.

What Is It?

Mirrors explores the use of different artistic media—dance, music, video installations, voice and light design. As the title suggests, the piece recalls an object which is part of our everyday life and that reflects our image, an image which holds our culture and identity, our past and present, our knowledge and roots. A multidisciplinary collaboration between African and Italian artists, Mirrors is a must-see. The show, performed in Italian, is subtitled in five languages: Amharic, Wolof, Zulu, English, French.

The UJ Arts and Culture proudly presents Mirrors for one night only this June. Get your tickets now!
