What Is It?
Join Aumnivore Nourishment and Movement for a weekend retreat this January. Offsetting the effects of modern living, this weekend retreat is for those who indulge in too much of a good thing. Too much dieting, too much exercise, too much of being the very best of yourselves.
The release touch points two day retreat aims to help you reconnect with your primal identity – stillness. Learn the art of bracketing as a way to create pause and space in the mind and body for a more seamless rest and sleep experience. Slow down and enter stillness; life’s simplest pleasure. There will also be good food on offer courtesy of Lemon Tree Catering. All meals are farm to table, and free of gluten, dairy and refined sugar.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
