Tasty Raspberry & Chia Smoothie Bowl

We just love our smoothie bowls. They’re healthy, tasty, and, of course, always Instagram worthy! This fruity raspberry and chia smoothie bowl is perfect to whip up any time of the day.



  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup frozen peach or mango chunks
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • Handful of homemade muesli or granola
  • 1/2 cup ice


Place the raspberries, peach or mango, coconut water, honey and ice in a blender. Blend on high-speed or until completely smooth. Pour the smoothie into a bowl, then top with the chia seeds, pumpkin seeds and muesli or granola.
