When designing the calendar, we wanted the evenings to be about the personalities of the hosts and the craftsmanship of the wine estates.”
The Wine Dinners will take place at the Balata Restaurant, located at the Fairway Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort. The restaurant offers stunning views of the Randpark Golf Course.
