Placing great emphasis on lightly prepared meals with strong aromatic flavours and a spicy element makes Thai cuisine stand out among most. The combination of sour, sweet, salty, bitter or spicy, as well as colour and texture, is why most people are drawn to Thai food. The balance and play of flavours is unlike any other – it demonstrates intricacy and attention to detail.
Some of the must-try dishes include Thai rice curry, green curry (a favourite for many), massaman curry, pad Thai, som tam, tom yam goong, and moo nam tok. These are also some of the dishes that were featured on the “World’s 50 Best Foods (Readers’ Picks)” – which gives you even more reason to try them.

If you're looking for an exciting evening out then get to Karaoke Roulette at OTG Bar & Kitchen in Paulshof, every Thursday at 19:30. How it works is the KJ will have two bags: one to draw the names of those who dare enter the Karaoke Roulette and the other containing songs from a certain theme. The karaoke theme changes weekly and could be anything from 80s ballads and the rocking 90s, to band- or artist-dedicated evenings or genre-specific nights. At any time during the evening, the KJ will pull a name from the bag. That's your cue to head to the stage and grab the mic! You will then draw a song from the second bag. If you complete the song, your name will be placed in 'the pot' for the raffle draw to be held at the end of the night. Make sure you book your spot!
