After graduating, graduates will need help organising their goals, meetings, interviews and partying. Help them stay up to date and plan their future with an adorable journal from Typo. Not only are they gorgeous, but they are also small enough to fit in a handbag. And you can get a matching pen while you're there.

Magnetic Board

This DIY gift is great for any graduate. They can use the board as an organiser, craft it into a wish board or even use it as a memory board, displaying all their mementos from university. Check out Modern Magnetics to learn how to make your own magnetic board.

Wallet / Purse

Now that the graduate in your life is ready to start earning the big bucks, they'll need a safe place to store all their cash, cards and receipts. So get them a nifty wallet or purse that will serve them for years to come. We love all the variety available at Frasers Luggage.

Work Bag

The days of briefcases may be long gone, but we still need a bag to carry our laptop, charger, phone, new wallet or purse, stationery, planner and lunch. Find the perfect work bag for him or her online at Luggage Warehouse and have it delivered to your door.

Watch

Nothing says "up and coming professional" like a good quality watch. They keep us on time and looking smart and professional. So watches make great graduation gifts. These are easy enough to find. But for the best brands, check out the watches on offer at Arthur Kaplan.

Globe / Map

Recent graduates might want to explore everything on offer in the rest of the world. A globe or a world map will help them map out where they want to travel to. Mr Price Home has a gorgeous world globe in store or get a beautiful vintage world map from Work Art.

Desk Accessories

To personalise their new office space, gift graduates with their own unique desk accessories. These can include a desk plant, a darling photo frame, cheeky mug or a colourful desk organiser. Most of these items can even be DIYed or customised.

Engraved Pen

Another great gift that they will be able to treasure forever is an engraved pen. This can be engraved with their name, graduation year or even a special graduation message. There are few pens as special and luxurious as a Parker Pen. So stop by and see all their offerings.

Family Get Away

Your son or daughter has been away at college for three to four years. That's a lot of lost family bonding time. Before they go off on their next adventure, plan a family getaway. This may be expensive, but it will create lasting memories that you can't put a price tag on.

Graduation Money Cake

There is one thing that every graduate in the world wants - money! And after university fees, parking fees, residential payments, textbooks and transport, they probably need it, at least until they get a job. So give the gift of cold, hard cash. Trust us, they'll love it. Penny Pinchin Mom can show you how to make your own money cake.
