Jimmy is known for developing bartending in the middle-east, bringing an international light into Dubai for drinks and cocktails, his unique take on drinks using old Japanese ingredients combining them with modern techniques and bartending mind set ready for the modern drinker with, somewhat, a healthy dose of hospitality and charm. Mootee Bar and Grey Goose Vodka are inviting you to come and share this experience with them, for one night only.
