What Is It?

You know how pub crawls work! Meet up at Point A, have a drink. Mission to Point B, have another drink (or two). Stagger onwards to Point C and brave another drink. And on it goes. Jozi Pub Crawl is hosting yet another crawl through the city and this time it's going to be "a-maze-ing". Start the crawl at Honeydew Mazes (find one of the Jozi Pub Crawl staff members who has the bottle of gin), then hop onto the bus, which will take you to Tigers Milk in Fourways. From there, you'll head to 011 Gin Bar in Dainfern. The best thing about this event? You'll be having a blast while also supporting a good cause.

Jozi Pub Crawl are raising funds for people who cannot afford a blanket during the chilly season, so R50 from every ticket sold for this pub crawl will go to Dorcas Aid. They work closely with the City of Joburg and help people who have been affected by disasters and homelessness to get back on their feet.

When Is It?

Saturday, 04 August 2018 from 13:00 - 18:30.

Where Is It?

The meeting point is Honeydew Mazes at 13:00.

Pub crawlers will then head to:

It's not all fun and 'staches – Movember is about highlighting men's health. In South Africa, Movember is licensed by the Men's Foundation, which provides sustainable programmes to address prostate and testicular cancer, mental health issues and the impact of physical inactivity on the South African male population.

Doing Movember means raising funds for these health programmes. And growing a Mo is your chance to do your part for the cause. Start clean shaven, grow throughout the month and get some serious funds behind the men who need it most. Need to know how to Mo? Find out here.

To help you keep your Mo looking sharp throughout the month and after, here's our ultimate grooming guide:

Kiehl’s Creative Cream Wax

This unique cream wax helps you get creative with your Mo with its mouldable, long-lasting hold, allowing the hair to be re-shaped throughout the day. The non-greasy formula adds definition without the buildup and allows for creative control of all moustaches.

Kiehl's Nourishing Beard Oil

From scruff to a full-grown beard, Kiehl’s grooming oil smooths and tames facial hair. The 99.8% naturally derived grooming oil softens hair while soothing the feel of skin under the beard. The lightweight formula absorbs quickly and is designed to be applied in the morning and at night. The blend of essential oils infused in the formula also gives off a fresh, woodsy, aromatic fragrance.

The Bluebeards Revenge Face Scrub

When growing a beard, it can become very itchy and scratchy during the first few days. To lessen the irritation while your skin gets used to being covered by hair, try to exfoliate with a mild facial scrub like this one from Revenge. The exfoliating action softens the outer layer of hair, allowing moisturisers to enter and soften the hair.

Dermalogica Shave

Customised to meet both skincare and beard growth needs, you too can have healthy skin with this simple, step-by-step regimen.

Sorbet MAN Game Changer Gift Pack

Man up with this scrub down which includes a Sorbet Man three-in-one Body Wash and a Sorbet Man sponge to exfoliate.

Bleu de Chanel

One spritz of Chanel's bestselling male EDP and you're good to go.

More about Sorbet MAN

Sorbet MAN is the distinguished big brother of Sorbet Salons in South Africa. A dudes-only destination, they don’t mess around. In fact, they’re not into mess or fuss. They’re a neat, discreet, you’re-in-and-you’re-out operation with a straight-no-chaser attitude when it comes to what they believe sets men – real men – apart: good grooming.

Think hot towel shaves and even hotter haircuts; keeping unwanted hairy situations tidy (man up for the wax, guys) and the kind of manicured hands James Bond would show off while nursing a well-deserved martini.

Barber, shave, wax, tweeze, thread, massage, cleanse and condition while you shoot the breeze with a complimentary scotch on the rocks. Considered among the best barbers in Johannesburg and Cape Town, they’re a team of professionals who are here for the regular guy: the quintessential SA dude who can suit up, glove up, dad up and man up to invest in his swagger, in a gentlemen’s bar that doubles-up as a new-age man cave. Hop on the cool dude train here.
