If you are around Illovo check out Go Yoga, it is a fantastic Bikram yoga studio, Bikram simply means you repeat the same 26 postures in every class. As you regularly visit them you will start noticing that some improvements in your posture, flexibility, and strength.

It's fitness time all year round, get ready with us and join in on this Fiks2018 National Saturday Sessions to get the fitness going. This is a fitness initiative presented by VIA Tv and Adventure Boot Camp for Women. They are hosting boot camp sessions for women across South Africa. Every week you'll see them at 14 venues, ready to work out every Saturday morning. Make this year your healthiest and fittest year yet. Do not forget to come in your running shoes, an exercise mat or a large towel to exercise on, and some water to stay hydrated. Come fight cancer by joining The Breast Health Foundation together with Cancer Alliance for the 2nd annual One Step. With fellow survivors of all cancers in aid of cancer awareness and support. The walk is 4km long, so be there! You can expect to enjoy the wellness village, food trucks and prize draws.
