To save his family, Mosley must embark on an epic journey to find the legendary Upright. But what he unexpectedly finds will unlock a secret revealing his true nature. With large and layered themes, Mosley tells a timeless adventurous tale of family, love and hope!
Mosley and his family of four-legged Thoriphants live a worker’s life on an isolated farm owned by Simon - a sullen, and mean-spirited farmer. One evening, after plowing all day, Mosley’s son, Rue, comes bounding over to his father telling him he has discovered something magical in the woods near the farm. Bera, Mosley’s pregnant wife, encourages him to go with Rue.
Although Mosley is tired, he follows his young son into the woods and discovers the reason for Rue’s excitement—it’s a cave with large ancient drawings on the walls of Thoriphants similar to Mosley and Rue, except they stand upright! Is this what the Thoriphant race used to be? What happened to cause them to become bent backed creatures without hands?
In an attempt to free his family from a life of servitude and forced to leave his family behind, Mosley goes on a perilous journey to find the legendary Uprights while pursued by a brutal hunter, Warfield.
Mosley must find the mighty Uprights and make it back to the farm before Warfield catches him, his new calf is born and Rue is sold to another farmer forever.
Upon finding the Uprights and Kinesareath, the glorious city in which they live, Mosley discovers that they are different than he first imagined and not able to offer his family the freedom he is seeking. Mosely is forced to "stand up" to his enemies and, only then, unlock the magic that can truly make him "Upright".
Mosley will be hitting a big screen at cinemas near you from Friday, 31 January 2020.

In the beautiful, remote Arctic village of Taigasville, a tiny fox named Swifty has big dreams of becoming a Top Dog - celebrity husky courier dogs, and town heroes, that deliver life-saving goods in the harsh and frigid tundras.
Swifty gets a job working alongside the Top Dogs at the Arctic Blast Delivery Service (ABDS). There, he becomes friends with P.B. (a thoughtful polar bear), and Lemmy (an absent-minded albatross). Swifty is just a low-ranking lever puller, but he’s determined to work his way up.
To impress his crush, Jade (a worldly red fox), Swifty steals an ABDS sled to deliver an urgent package for her to a mysterious dwelling in the middle of nowhere. After the ABDS’s strict manager, Magda, catches him boasting, she suspends Swifty from work.
Swifty is soon captured by Bertha and Leopold, two nutty conspiracy theorist otters, who recruit him to uncover some sinister plans, which seem to be connected to the Arctic’s rapidly rising temperatures. Swifty investigates and learns that the Top Dogs have abruptly quit. Pitching himself as the town’s only delivery solution, Swifty is soon back at the remote dwelling, the secret cave of Otto Von Walrus!
Otto Von Walrus is a blubbery evil genius with an adorable army of puffin assistants. Swifty stumbles upon Otto’s master plan: to drill beneath Taigasville, unleash enough ancient gas to melt the Arctic and become its ultimate ruler!
Swifty and his ragtag group of friends must band together to fight an epic battle. It’s only when Swifty embraces his natural abilities that he is able to save Taigasville—and the Arctic—from utter destruction.

Two Saturdays per month the French Institute of South Africa and the Alliance Française of Johannesburg host a free French film screening for the public. This July, they invite you and the kids to come along for Claude Barras'stop-motion animated masterpiece, My Life as a Zucchini.
After his mother's disappearance, Courgette is befriended by a police officer Raymond, who accompanies him to his new foster home filled with other orphans his age. At first he struggles to find his place in this strange, at times, hostile environment. Yet with Raymond's help and his new-found friends, Courgette eventually learns to trust and find true love.
This charming French film will tug at your heart strings. Filled with poignant moments of raw honesty, My Life as a Zucchini is not a typical children's film. Grappling with the harsh realities of an orphaned childhood, this is exactly the kind of film audiences should be flocking to. It is highly intelligent and will stay with you for a very long time. Definitely worth a see. There are English subtitles too, so don't worry about studying up on your French. Plus, the kids will especially enjoy watching the movie on the comfortable bean bags in the cinema loft.
