Here, in the heart of the reserve, situated in a peaceful spot overlooking a wide riverbed, lies LETAMO. 58 well-appointed rooms and suites are dotted across an expansive lawn which leads down to the main lodge area and pool deck.

This is a wonderful spot to kick back, relax and take in the sights and sounds of the birds, monkeys, warthog and buck that frequent the nearby watering hole. If you are lucky, you may spot some thirsty lions lapping at the water’s edge or a family of elephants slurping water through their tubular trunks.

A paradise for adults as well as children, LETAMO offers a variety of accommodation options to choose from. Families have the option of interleading Deluxe and Premium Rooms.

Alternatively, they can upgrade to one of LETAMO’s lavish Luxury Suites which boast private plunge pools and outdoor showers.

Kids’ Clubhouse

The lodge’s dedicated kids’ clubhouse allows children to peer through the lens of a microscope at insects, seed pods, dung balls and weaver’s nests on display.

There’s a jungle gym, a kid’s pool and even a paddle court to try out during the hours when families aren’t out on one of the lodge’s inclusive twice daily game drives.
