What To Expect?
Lesedi Cultural Village provides deluxe African accommodation in one of five traditionally-themed homesteads – Zulu, Xhosa, Ndebele, Sotho and Pedi.
When you arrive, you will be welcomed by the head of your selected homestead, and escorted to your private, fully-equipped hut.
Visitors to Lesedi can choose between The Monati (lunch) or Boma (dinner) cultural tours. The two-hour programmes are available daily. Visitors are welcomed at the Ndebele Village by representatives of the tribes that live at Lesedi.
Also, the Lesedi Cultural Tour comes together in an unmissable dance extravaganza. Held in the Boma, ancestral folklore and rituals come to life in spectacular fashion. This “Ingoma”, told through choreographed movement, beating drums and song is thrilling history story-telling at its best.
