What Is It?
Last year, KAMERS/Makers broke their record on the number of shoppers that attended, looking for artisanal goodies and the coolest stuff they have ever seen. And this year, they’re promising to bring their guests more than ever before.
KAMERS/Makers Autumn 2019 is coming in hot, and their theme for 2019 is Celebrating The Artisan Way. The future of South Africa lies in the growth of small businesses and a culture of entrepreneurship, and KAMERS/Makers – SA’s favourite ‘up-market’ – will continue to support this movement.
You can expect many new artisan entrepreneurs showcasing their stunning wares at this year’s edition. Your ticket will give you access to the most innovative in homeware, fashion, decor, jewellery, beauty items, food, wine and much more. Oh, and of course, let’s not forget you also get a limited edition KAMERS/Makers shopper bag, new magazine and a Consol water bottle with your ticket, too.
KAMERS/Makers are on a mission to reduce the environmental footprint of their events, which is why they’ve partnered with Consol Glass to provide a FREE (and very funky) Consol Curvy water bottle to every KAMERS/Makers visitor. And to keep you hydrated while you stroll and explore the various stalls, you can refill your Consol Curvy as often you like from the purified water dispensers at the show.
The KAMERS Online Marketplace, which recently won Emerging Retailer of the Year in the 2018 Online Retailer of the Year Awards, now makes it even easier to shop your favourite Makers all year round at shop.kamersvol.com.
KAMERS/Makers is also working on some other ground-breaking community initiatives, so watch this space!
