Ming’s Martial Arts Academy

Ming’s Martial Arts Academy will be hosting an eight-week self defense course for women starting from Monday, 10 June 2019. You’ll learn some of the most important techniques to defend yourself. The course will focus on repeated drills. Lessons will be for one hour, once per week, for eight consecutive weeks and are designed to teach women to be able to spot potential danger and threat, empower themselves, know the target points of the body, practice practical street wise techniques and develop a muscle memory for the techniques so they become second nature, and instinctual when most needed.
