What Is It?
Gardens of the Golden City is a Non-Profit Organisation which was founded in 1997. For the past 14 years, this society of garden lovers has been bringing you the very best private gardens to explore. This year’s festival showcases six feature gardens, carefully curated and pruned by proud volunteers. In partnership with Open Gardens South Africa, the Gardens of the Golden City event is set to be bigger and better than ever. Between October and November 2019, the six featured gardens will be on show. Visit one or visit them all! Just remember to take in the natural beauty, smell the roses and enjoy the outdoors.
