Exciting News! Zip Zap is thrilled to announce the highly anticipated return of its critically acclaimed production, MOYA, at Montecasino this September. Prepare to be dazzled by this multi-award nominated circus spectacle. It takes center stage at The Teatro in Montecasino from Thursday, 31st August to 10th September 2023.

Immerse Yourself in the Live MOYA Experience! MOYA, a dynamic acrobatic performance inspired by the acclaimed acrobatic art film, combines contemporary and traditional circus elements, weaving together captivating stories from the world of Zip Zap. Moreover, prepare to be amazed by breathtaking aerial displays, awe-inspiring juggling acts, and thrilling acrobatic wheel routines that will captivate audiences of all ages.

Furthermore, MOYA celebrates unity and diversity through its innovative and artistic interpretation. The production incorporates elements of comedy and acrobatics, heart-pumping dance sequences, an original score composed by Josh Hawks, and a soul-stirring narrative.

Additionally, Brent van Rensburg, Zip Zap Circus’s Artistic Director and co-founder, expressed his excitement, saying, “In our 30th anniversary year, it is truly heartwarming to see the continued support of both Cape Town and Johannesburg audiences, who have embraced Zip Zap. We are thrilled to present an enhanced version of MOYA in 2023, promising an unforgettable journey for the whole family.” Running for one hour and twenty minutes without an interval, MOYA is suitable for all ages.
