Due to popular demand, Woodrock Animal Rescue is hosting another yoga class with a twist: yoga with adorable puppies! Save the date for Sunday, 5 November 2023.
Experience the calmness and relaxation of a yoga class while getting to pet, play with, and get to know some four-legged friends. The puppies provide a fun and uplifting atmosphere, making it easier to achieve a relaxed and calm state. Puppy Yoga is not only great for reducing stress and improving mental health, but it also increases physical fitness and flexibility.
The event will have two group sessions: one from 09:30 to 10:30 and another from 10:30 to 11:30. It will be held at Woodrock Animal Rescue. Tickets are priced at R180 per person. All proceeds from the event will go to the Woodrock Animal Shelter. Together, let’s stretch, play, and pave the way for change with every pose and puppy cuddle!
