LALIGA EA Sports is turning up the heat with their #LALIGATekaChallenge! This is an exciting fan competition that brings together football fans, local music sensation 25K, and a legendary Madrid Derby showdown. The LALIGA office invites South Africans to showcase their “teka” (toe-tap) skills for a chance to win exclusive prizes and score an invite to the highly anticipated Madrid Derby live watch party in Pretoria. 

What To Expect With The #LALIGATekaChallenge

The Madrid Derby is more than just a match. It’s a historic rivalry that continues to captivate football fans worldwide. On Saturday, 08 February at 22:00 CAT, this much-anticipated encounter will see Real Madrid take on Atlético de Madrid, as both teams vie for dominance at the top of the league. Whether you’re cheering for Los Blancos or Los Rojiblancos, this clash is a must-watch event.

Hip-hop artist and Real Madrid supporter – 25K – kicked things off by posting his own Teka Challenge video, featuring the PUMA Orbit Yellow Ball. Known for hits such as Culture Vulture, Platinum and Hustlers Prayer, 25K has always had a love for football, often drawing parallels between the rhythm of the game and the beats in his music.

“I’m thrilled to be part of the #LALIGATekaChallenge,” 25K shares. “Football and music are both about connecting people, and this challenge is a great way to bring fans together, while showcasing their skills, ahead of such an iconic game.”

1. Film a 1-minute video showcasing your teka skills.
2. Post your video on Facebook and Instagram using #LALIGATekaChallenge 
3. The top 5 videos with the most views will win exclusive prizes and secure a spot at the Madrid Derby Watch Party.
