Experience the return of the world’s most beloved musical, Rogers & Hammerstein’s THE SOUND OF MUSIC, in South Africa! The much loved production will run from Saturday, 27 January until Sunday, 25 January 2023.
Presented by Pieter Toerien, alongside Cape Town Opera, the musical narrates the Von Trapp family’s mountainous escape from Austria. Immerse yourself in unforgettable tunes like “My Favourite Things,” “Edelweiss,” “Do-Re-Mi,” “Climb Ev’ry Mountain,” and the iconic “The Sound of Music.”
Praised as “definitely one of my FAVOURITE things!” by Saturday STAR, this EXCELLENT production is set to enchant yet another generation. Stay tuned for the announcement of an all-star South African cast and creative team.
