If you’re looking for a way to entertain your kids during the school holiday, here’s your sign. If your kids are into thematical world of J.RR. Tolkien or would come to enjoy his work, then take them to The Hobbit Holiday Camp, hosted at The Children’s National Theatre between Monday, 27 March and Friday, 31 March 2023.
What Can I Expect From The Hobbit Holiday Camp?
The theatre and literature based holiday club is suitable for kids aged 1 and up. The camp will take inspiration from the diverse and fantastical creatures in J.R.R. Tolkien’s best selling fantasy novel, The Hobbit, forerunner to The Lord of the Rings.Your child is bound to have some fun by sharing the epic adventures of Bilbo Baggins and the Thirteen Mighty Dwarves as they traverse the Misty Mountains and encounter Elves, Goblins, and Trolls in their quest to recover the precious Arkenstone and allow goodness to triumph over evil.
Over five-days, campers will learn how to embody these unforgettable characters both physically and vocally. On the last day of camp, and using their new skills of characterization, campers will even perform select scenes for their families and friends. If your child is interested in the world of Theatre, then this camp is recommended to build their confidence.
Space is limited so register now for the adventure of a The Hobbit Camp.
