Swiss Fondue and Raclette Dinner

The Swiss Hotel School is hosting a Swiss Fondue and Raclette Dinner on Tuesday, 13 June 2023. This event promises a unique dining experience, steeped in Swiss tradition.

What Can I Expect From The Swiss Fondue and Raclette Dinner?

Upon arrival, guests will receive a warm welcome with a glass of Glühwein. This is a traditional hot mulled wine, perfect for a winter evening. Next, guests will enjoy a Charcuterie platter, a classic start to a Swiss meal.

Thereafter, the main event begins. The Swiss Fondue and Raclette cheese take center stage. These are traditional Swiss dishes, known for their rich, creamy flavors. They are typically enjoyed with a shot of Kirschwasser, a cherry brandy. Finally, the evening concludes with a lovely dessert. This is the perfect sweet ending to a hearty Swiss meal.

Additionally, the event takes place in the school’s, 33 on Bond Restaurant. This venue offers a warm and beautiful setting, perfect for a winter dining experience. The ticket price starts from R545.
