On the 14th of September, the event organisers will be back in Johannesburg with the next Slow Fashion Festival in collaboration with 44 Stanley and powered by Yoco. Save the date for Saturday, 14 September 2024.
They have a lineup of exciting demonstrations, talks, a clothing swap and public mending. Join them to mend, repair, upcycle, sew, talk, learn, unlearn and swap. They will have expert hands to support and guide you.
To swap, you need to buy a ticket for R50 (either online at Quicket or via their Yoco machine or in cash). The first 48 people at the swap will receive a mending kit, assembled on site.
