Spring symbolises many things from rebirth, change and a fresh start. Not to mention the start of warmer weather in Joburg! There is time for rest and now it’s time to get up again after a few cold months! Welcome Spring with this amazing Secret Sunrise Spring event!
An hour of non-stop jiggling, dancing, skipping- whatever floats your boat! You will be given headsets when you arrive at the event and you will be guided by facilitators to dance and party. The facilitators combine elements of meditation and ecstatic dance. All bodies, fitness levels, ages and genders are welcome to attend the electric event.
Because it’s Spring, you’re encouraged to wear green as it’s the colour of this new season! Don’t rush home afterwards. Dancing is hard work so treat yourself to a breakfast with the family at one of the amazing restaurants at the Zone in Rosebank! Tickets are R125 per person and kids pay R100 to attend this event. You’ll be dancing around for an hour so don’t forget your water and towel.
