Saturday Night Fitness at Monte Casino

Get your leggings out the closet and give your friends a call! Why? Because Joburg’s biggest Saturday Night Fitness party is taking place at Montecasino on 13 August.

What Can I Expect From the Saturday Night Fitness Event?

Get ready to break a sweat in a crowd of 3000 women with music; staging, lights and express workouts packed into one evening. Everyone is welcome and the event is open to all fitness levels. You don’t have to bring anything with as the classes are equipment-free. Make a date, invite your girlfriends and prepare yourself for a day of dancing, stretching and moving to the beat!

Burn some calories as you work out at a HIIT Class and then stretch it out at a chilled sunset yoga session. Not forgetting a fun dance class, choreographed by Planet Fitness. Gates open at 13:00pm and the actual event kicks off at 16:00pm. To experience comfort during the event it is recommended that you bring a yoga mat or towel to sit on.

The Early Bird tickets cost R350 per person and includes a goodie bag that includes a workout vest, unlimited hydration from Powerade and vouchers from their sponsors.
