What Can I Expect From The Royal Icing Workshop for Beginners?
Level 1:
This is the beginner class.
– They will share and discuss the recipes for the cookies and icing sugar.
– You will be learning basic “piping” techniques.
– You will also learn the “flooding” technique.
– You will learn the “law on law” technique.
– Everyone makes 7 cookies where you apply all the techniques.
– They provide all the equipment, icing sugar and cookies.
– Equipment is not included in the price but is for sale at the time.
The cost to attend the course is R550 per person.
