Hear ye, hear ye! Sandton is set to welcome the second edition of Vines of Velvet, an event celebrating all things cultural. The event takes place on Sunday, 2 December 2023.
What Can I Expect From The Poetry, Prose and Bottomless Bubbles Event?
Hosted by ROAR Bistro & Bar on the ground floor of the Michelangelo Towers in Sandton, the occasion will be led by respected writer, poet and creative, Nadine Minnies, and feature a talented line-up of local poets and musicians. As guests soak up some of South Africa’s finest poetry, prose and melodious sonnets, they can order a beautiful bistro-style brunch/lunch prepared by the chef team at ROAR. Plus, to top it all off, they can opt for one of two specials on the day, bottomless bubbles by Graham Beck or ridiculously well-priced buckets of Brutal Fruit.
