Calling all pasta lovers! Here’s your chance to make authentic pasta at Old Town Italy. More specifically, learn how to make Garganelli Shells (an egg-based pasta that is rolled flat into a cylindrical shape). Gain an understanding of how to cook like a true Italian in this fun pasta-making interactive class. The classes are hosted by the talented in-house chefs.
Guests are treated to a delightful antipasto which serves as a starter. To pair the antipasto, each table receives a bottle of wine during the class. You will be guided and assisted by the head chef who will teach you how to cook like a true Italian. He will help you to prepare your creation, which you will then enjoy in-store as your main dish.
The pasta event will be held at Old Town Italy at Melrose Arch and if you are keen to make the drive, will be hosted at the Menlyn Maine location as well. Tickets are R355 per person and includes a light antipasto and house wine to enjoy during the course.
