Express yourself at the Open Mic poetry night hosted in the heart of Johannesburg. The event takes place every Sunday but their upcoming poetry event is on Sunday, 5 March 2023.
Let your voices be heard, come and join in on the symphonies of sounds and let the words flow. All new poets are welcomed as well as the more experienced poets and spectators, join Writers Block for an evening of pure magic as various poets share their beautiful work with the audience
The current mission of Writers Bloc is to raise funds to publish their late Writers Bloc poet, Sasha Deysel and kick off the Sasha Deysel Foundation. So, empower yourself, support a good cause and join them in a beautiful poetry night in Greenside at The Artisan.
Please note, the event is 18:00 for 18:30. New event sign ups open weekly and the entrance fee is R30 per person.
