This Spring Day, Oh So Niche invites you to a rejuvenating retreat focusing on women’s wellness and building connections. Save the date for Sunday, 1 September 2024.
Unwind and Refocus: The day begins with a guided meditation led by an expert. You’ll learn to focus on your presence in the moment, connect with your body, and utilise breathwork techniques to clear your mind and cultivate mindfulness.
Strengthen Your Body and Mind: Following the meditation, experienced yoga instructor Megan Peretti will lead a 60-minute yoga session. This session is designed to enhance both your physical and mental strength through targeted poses and breathwork exercises.
Explore Within and Connect with Others: After the yoga session, you’ll have the opportunity to delve deeper with a journaling workshop. This workshop provides a space for you to explore your thoughts, set intentions for the future, and express gratitude.
