What Can I Expect From The Mr Hare Meets Mr Mandela Production?

It’s the perfect theatre outing, that takes place during the school holidays with a heartwarming storyline that will be enjoyed by all ages. Peoples Theatre is proud to present a production of South African author, the late, Chris van Wyk’s story. The cast is only composed of four actors but they’re dynamic and charismatic. You can expect active participation from the audience as well as fun and comedy all through the show.

In short, the play is about Mr Hare who picks up a R200 note and because it has Mandela’s face on it, thinks Mr Mandela owns the R200 note. The tale is about honesty, the importance of literacy and persistence. The show runs for one hour with no interval.
