The Johannesburg Philharmonic Orchestra is excited to start the new year with the Valentine’s Gala Concert taking place on Saturday, 11 February 2023 at the Linder Auditorium.
What Can I Expect From The JPO Valentine’s Gala Concert 2023?
So, what can you expect should you attend the event? Daniel Boico, will be leading the orchestra and the concert features well known singer Timothy Moloi and renowned violinist Zanta Hofmeyr. Guests can expect to hear the sounds of romantic favourites including; Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, Wagner, Mozart. Not forgetting the songs and catchy lyrics from one of the world’s most popular entertainers, Frank Sinatra. Your host for the evening is Miss South Africa 2020, Shudu Musida.

Furthermore, make it a romantic evening and have something to eat at the restaurant adjacent to the Linder Auditorium which will be open for dinner from 17:00. Please note that no reservations or prepaid bookings for the restaurant will be taken, and seating will be on a first come, first served basis. The St Andrews Road entrance (Main Entrance) and Victoria Road gates will be open for entering and exiting the venue, and the York Road gate will be open for exiting the venue. Tickets start from R160 per person depending on where you are seated.
Please note that no children under 3 are allowed.
