Join Micro Adventure Tours for their first Jozi Cocktails and History Walking Tour event this year. The tour takes place on 1 October and ends of with sundowners on a rooftop!
What Can I Expect From the Jozi Cocktails and History Walking Tour?
The tour starts at 13:00 and starts off at the Ferreira Gold Mine Shaft, a piece of Joburg’s mining history. Followed by a walk to the Mapungubwe Hotel also located in the mining district. Joburg Culinary and Pastry School is aso one of the stops on the tour in a building that was once home to Barclays Bank. Before ending at Rand Club, a previouslt gentllymen only club in the 1880’s.
After all the walking you’ll end the tour off with a beautiful sunset and cocktails at Elevate Rooftop in Marshalltown. The tour is perfect for those wanting to know more about Joburg’s history as well as for a birthday party, date night or any other celebrations.
The tour charge is R350 per person and all drinks are on your own account.
