Zoo Trot at The Johannesburg Zoo

Join the Johannesburg Zoo for their ever-popular Zoo Trot Fun Run/Walk. Here, you can can run wild inside the zoo, spotting all of your favourite animals along the way. This is something fun for all ages.

What Can I Expect From The Joburg Zoo Trot Relaunch?

Kick off your Sunday with a refreshing and thrilling 5km or 10km fun run or walk through the Johannesburg Zoo with their fun-filled Zoo Trot. This experience is suitable for all ages, including both professional and casual recreational runners/walkers.

The entrance fee to the event is R74 per person. Get your kids, family, colleagues or friends to join you on this wholesome, outdoor activity! You can run or walk this event at your own pace, all fitness levels are welcome. Registration starts at 07:00 and the trot starts at 07:30, payment for the event will be made at registration.

Tickets can be purchased on the day of the event or pre-bought any day of the week at the Johannesburg Zoo main gate.
