Into The Woods JR. Production at Redhill Middle School

Redhill Middle School is bringing the magical musical: Into the Woods to life with their family friendly adaption of the production. The theatrical performance takes place between 1 and 5 November 2022.

What Can I Expect From The Into The Woods JR. Production?

The Sandton based school will be performing the Junior version of Sondheim’s musical. The family friendly script will see the likes of familiar fairytale characters such Cinderella, Jack and the Beanstalk and Rapunzel as they find their paths and plots cross in the magical woods where they find that their wishes do come true.

Furthermore, the production is true to the first Act of the original full length show and audiences will be happy to know that they have included all of the most loved songs from the show. The music will be accompanied live by members of the Redhill School Orchestra. The orchestra is conducted and arranged by their Musical Director Samuel Herz (Grade 11).
