Save the date for the 5th edition of the Human Rights Festival hosted at Constitution Hill! The event takes place on Saturday, 25 March and Sunday, 26 March 2023.

What Can I Expect From Human Rights Festival 2023?

Constitution Hill has partnered with The Daily Maverick to host two days of hard-hitting dialogues, networking sessions, exhibitions; film festival; poetry and even a children’s festival. There is also going to be a curated makers market.

Access to this exciting event is FREE. Click on the link to register. According to the event organisers, the festival takes place at a time of growing anger and frustration at human rights violations in South Africa and also across the world. But it’s also a time when people are mobilizing, rebuilding communities, and experimenting with alternatives, searching for solidarity. Sound interesting? Then make a visit to Constitution Hill, a national heritage site situated in the Johannesburg CBD.
