Gauteng’s newest Food, Music & Lifestyle festival is set to rock Fourways Farmers Market on Saturday 18 June! The stall holders are ready to tantalize your taste buds and the event organizers are bringing you the tunes of one of South Africa’s favourite bands, Prime Circle!
According to their event page, the festival will showcase over 100 talented chefs, musicians, distillers and more. It’s the ultimate outdoor family experience out at the charming, Taroko Farm in Modderfontein. Market goers can look forward to a showcase of 80 unique food stalls, 20 bespoke craft alcohol brewers. Moreover, the festival will play host to a variety of health & lifestyle exhibitors from across South Africa.
The famers market is child friendly. There are various entertainment options and play areas that are sure to keep the kids happy! The event falls the day before Father’s Day and is a great way to spoil dads who enjoy a good time with family and eating scrumptious food! The festival officially begins at 12pm and the well known rock band, Prime Circle takes to the stage at 3pm.
It’s all about getting folks out of the crowded malls and back to the countryside. While spending a beautiful Winter’s afternoon in the natural surroundings listening to some of Joburg’s top artists. Bring your pets along for a day outdoors!
Early Bird Tickets are R150. Normal Ticket Price is R250. Free entrance for Kids under 12 years.
